When she retired and Suzanne became my bookkeeper It became very apparent that she knew the program ins & outs - forwards and backwards and she is very very efficient. We have a scheduled weekly meeting, but if something comes up and I need her, her response time is very quick. I don't need to wait for our scheduled time. It's a big help!
